With Jujeck Khosa
Jujeck Khosa, born and bred in Huntington village, has 29 years of experience as a ranger and amaShangana story-teller. He started a cultural village and craft market with the intention of giving his community a space to pass on indigenous knowledge, skills and crafts. 15 members are now part of the co-operative, and run the restaurant, shop and dance groups at the road split between the Sabi Sand Shaw's Gate and the main road to Huntington Village, close to Paul Kruger Gate of the Kruger National Park.
On a slow meander through the Kruger National Park, led by an experienced game ranger, expect to have exciting sightings of the some or all of the big five and other wildlife, birdlife and lowveld flora. Jujeck is an environmental wiseman, with much to share on the ecology and history of the park and the conservation efforts various local partners. The tour will begin at day break and you will stop at one of the scenic restaurants in the reserve for brunch.
The tour begins at 6am at the Paul Kruger Gate. 6 hour and 8 hour options are available. We suggest you pack sunblock, a hat, a warm clothes for the early morning.
