Foodies know that celebrated chefs pride themselves in highlighting vibrant flavors of high-quality fresh ingredients. That’s why chefs nurture their relationships with a handful of trusted small farmers who devote their lives to producing healthy and flavorful food products. To help you experience this strong chef/farmer relationship, People-First Tourism is working in partnership with NC State’s Cooperative Extension and with a growing number of farm-to-table chefs to provide food lovers access to genuine farm experiences.
